Job Overview:

The SayPro Monthly Logo Design – January SCMR-13 role focuses on designing unique and memorable logos that align with SayPro’s brand identity. The designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and refining logo designs in collaboration with the SayPro Brand Material Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty (SCMR). The goal is to develop impactful visual representations that strengthen SayPro’s branding and messaging.


Key Responsibilities:

Logo Creation & Conceptualization:

  • Develop original and creative logo concepts for SayPro Monthly – January SCMR-13.
  • Ensure that designs are visually appealing, modern, and align with SayPro’s branding guidelines.
  • Create multiple variations and iterations of logos for different use cases (e.g., digital, print, merchandise).
  • Incorporate relevant themes, symbols, and typography that reflect SayPro’s mission and values.

Feedback and Iteration:

  • Present initial logo drafts to the SayPro Brand Material Office for review.
  • Incorporate revisions based on feedback to ensure the final design aligns with SayPro’s vision and messaging.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in every design iteration.
  • Ensure consistency across all branding materials where the logo will be used.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty (SCMR) team to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Participate in creative discussions and brainstorming sessions to refine concepts.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and suggestions.

Finalization & Delivery:

  • Deliver high-resolution logo files in multiple formats (PNG, SVG, AI, EPS, JPEG) for different platforms and applications.
  • Ensure all designs are adaptable for digital and print use.
  • Provide a style guide outlining color schemes, typography, and design principles used in the logo.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, specifically in logo creation and branding.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous logo design work.
  • Ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback effectively.
  • Understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Quality and originality of logo designs.
  • Alignment of designs with SayPro’s branding and vision.
  • Timeliness in delivering design drafts and final versions.
  • Ability to effectively incorporate feedback and revisions.
