Role Purpose:

To ensure deep personalization is consistently applied across all stages of the customer journey, in alignment with SayPro’s brand voice, vision, and strategic communication goals. The specialist collaborates with the marketing and content teams to infuse personalized content—such as custom quotes, client-specific messaging, and tailored value expressions—into all marketing assets and customer touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities and Tasks

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team, Content Development Team, and SayPro Brand Material Office to align personalization goals with monthly campaign themes.
  • Attend and contribute to planning sessions for the SayPro Monthly Campaign (SCMR), especially SCMR-13 and subsequent personalization editions.
  • Act as a liaison between creative teams (design, copywriting) and technical teams (CRM, email automation) to facilitate seamless personalization.

2. End-to-End Personalization Implementation

  • Awareness Stage:
    • Integrate personalized content into advertising copy, landing pages, and social media using segmentation data.
    • Suggest personalized callouts (e.g., by industry, role, or geography) in ads and outreach material.
  • Consideration Stage:
    • Customize email campaigns, video scripts, and case studies with dynamic content (e.g., quotes from similar customers, use cases relevant to the prospect’s industry).
    • Collaborate on the design of landing pages and product brochures with custom headers, testimonials, or messages that reflect the target company’s values or needs.
  • Purchase Stage:
    • Ensure proposal templates and onboarding materials include personal elements (e.g., referencing a specific business challenge or goal mentioned during sales).
    • Work with the Sales Enablement team to embed branded personalization in presentations or demos.
  • Post-Purchase Stage:
    • Craft personalized thank-you messages, onboarding flows, and follow-up emails.
    • Coordinate with customer success to share relevant resources and personalized updates.

3. Content Personalization Design & Enhancement

  • Develop a Personalization Asset Toolkit in collaboration with the SayPro Brand Material Office, including:
    • Customizable quote templates
    • Value-driven messaging examples tailored for specific industries
    • Guidelines for embedding company-specific content in videos, PDFs, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Manage the repository of these assets and update them regularly based on performance feedback and campaign analytics.

4. Analytics and Feedback Loop

  • Work with data analysts to track the performance of personalized content across marketing channels.
  • Generate monthly reports on personalization effectiveness as part of the SCMR tracking, identifying which elements (e.g., quotes, values) are driving higher engagement or conversions.
  • Recommend improvements to the personalization process based on insights.

5. Quality Control and Brand Alignment

  • Review all outgoing personalized content to ensure it aligns with the SayPro Brand Guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, formatting, and the ethical use of personal data.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Strong understanding of personalized marketing principles
  • Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and content management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion)
  • Copywriting or editing skills with a focus on adaptive voice and tone
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with SayPro Monthly campaign structures (especially SCMR-13) is a plus
