Job Overview:

The SayPro Monthly Letter Head Design and Branding for the January SCMR-13 will focus on creating a professional and consistent letterhead design that aligns with SayProโ€™s corporate branding guidelines. This design will be used for internal and external communications for the month of January, ensuring that all correspondence maintains the highest standards of visual representation and adheres to the company’s branding strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Incorporate Feedback:
    • Collect and analyze feedback from internal stakeholders, including the SayPro Brand Material Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team.
    • Ensure all input is integrated into the final design to meet company standards and expectations for branding and communication.
    • Iterate and refine designs based on feedback to ensure alignment with SayPro’s branding goals.
  2. Design Development:
    • Develop a fresh, visually appealing, and professional letterhead design that aligns with SayPro’s overall corporate identity and branding guidelines.
    • Ensure the letterhead incorporates the key elements of SayPro’s visual identity, including logos, colors, fonts, and any other brand elements as specified by the SayPro Brand Material Office.
    • Pay attention to layout and ensure it is clean, legible, and well-suited for both digital and print media.
  3. Collaboration with Branding Team:
    • Work closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office to ensure the letterhead design meets the expectations set forth by the companyโ€™s branding team.
    • Engage in regular communication with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to align on design concepts and adjustments required based on ongoing feedback and objectives.
  4. Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure that the letterhead design is consistent with the broader brand guidelines, keeping the tone and aesthetic in line with SayProโ€™s established identity.
    • Address any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the new design and the existing branding to ensure a unified brand presence across all communication materials.
  5. File Preparation and Handover:
    • Prepare final design files in the required formats (e.g., .ai, .psd, .pdf) for both print and digital use.
    • Provide specifications on how the letterhead should be used across different channels to maintain consistency in all forms of communication.
  6. Approval and Finalization:
    • Submit initial drafts of the letterhead to the relevant stakeholders for approval.
