STEP-BY-STEP UPLOAD PROCEDURE
📂 1. Organize Files Locally First
Create a folder per interview:

📝 2. Format File Naming Convention
Use this naming convention to keep archives searchable:

Example:SCRR10_Interview_NGO_Mokoena_210525.docxSCRR10_Summary_Corporate_VanDerMerwe_200525.pdf
🌐 3. Log into the SayPro Interview Archive System
Navigate to:
🔗 [SayProApp.com > Research > Interview Archive > Upload]
(Or your internal upload module provided for SCRR-10)
Use your staff credentials or approved uploader role.
⬆️ 4. Upload Materials
On each upload form, provide:

| Theme Tag | Choose from SCRR-10 themes |
| Upload Transcript | .docx / .txt |
| Upload Summary | .pdf / .docx |
| Optional File | Audio/Video (.mp4 or Zoom link) |
| Confidentiality Tag | Public / Internal Use Only / Confidential |
Click Submit & Archive.
🧾 5. Verification & Confirmation
- Once uploaded, a confirmation message will appear.
- Archive entry will be logged under your profile in the SayPro Research Activity Tracker.
- Assigned reviewers may mark the entry as Reviewed / Verified.
📊 6. Track in Interview Log Sheet
Update your working copy of the SCRR-10 Interview Tracker:
