1.SayPro Purpose of the Interview

You are invited to participate in a confidential interview as part of SayPro’s ongoing efforts to improve its curriculum, delivery, and stakeholder experience. Your insights will help us better understand what’s working well and what needs improvement across our programs and services.

2.SayPro What Participation Involves

• The interview will last approximately 30–45 minutes.
• You will be asked questions about your experiences, opinions, and suggestions related to SayPro’s programs.
• Participation is entirely voluntary, and you may skip any question or stop the interview at any time without penalty.

3.SayPro Confidentiality

• Your responses will remain confidential and anonymous in public reporting.
• Your name or personal identifiers will not be shared unless you give explicit permission.
• The interview may be recorded (audio only) for transcription and analysis, but recordings will be stored securely and deleted after analysis is complete.

4.SayPro Use of Information

• The data collected will be used for internal program review, curriculum development, and strategic reporting.
• Excerpts from your responses may be quoted in reports or presentations, but without identifying you by name unless you provide permission.

5.SayPro Your Rights

• You can ask questions about this process at any time.
• You may withdraw your consent and stop participating at any point.
• There is no compensation for participation, but your contribution is highly valued.
