To accurately track the quantity of printed materials produced and to monitor current stock levels within the organization.

  • Frequency: Compiled and updated monthly
  • Responsibility: Assigned staff within the SayPro Brand Material Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR
  • Content Requirements:
    • List of all printed materials for the month
    • Opening stock levels
    • Quantity printed during the month
    • Quantity issued or distributed
    • Closing stock balance
    • Remarks or notes on stock discrepancies, damages, or reorders needed
  • Format:
    • Use SayPro’s standard Inventory Log template
    • Ensure accurate, clear, and timely updates
    • Maintain both digital and physical records where applicable

2. SayPro Monthly Printing Record

Purpose:
To document all monthly printing activities, ensuring the consistent use of premium materials and maintaining the brand quality associated with SayPro.

Details:

  • Document Title: SayPro Monthly Printing Record
  • Quality Requirement:
    • Use quality paper that reflects a premium feel
    • Adhere to brand material standards set by the SayPro Brand Material Office
  • Responsibility: SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR department
  • Content Requirements:
    • Description of each printed material (type, size, design)
    • Paper type and specification used
    • Quantity printed
    • Date of printing
    • Vendor/print supplier details (if outsourced)
    • Approval signature from the Brand Material Office
  • Format:
    • Complete in alignment with SayPro’s monthly SCMR reporting guidelines
    • Submit with the Inventory Log as part of the monthly stock management report
