Primary Objective

Refine and iterate infographic designs based on collaborative feedback to ensure accuracy, engagement, and consistent alignment with SayPro’s visual identity and branding standards.


Detailed Weekly Tasks

1. Conduct Feedback Review Session

  • Collect and consolidate feedback from the following teams:
    • SayPro Marketing Lead
    • Brand Material Office Manager
    • Content Strategists
    • Social Media Coordinators
  • Organize feedback into categories: design elements, content accuracy, brand consistency, and user engagement.

2. Analyze Feedback and Identify Revision Areas

  • Prioritize feedback based on urgency, frequency, and branding importance.
  • Identify areas requiring visual adjustments such as:
    • Typography and font sizes
    • Color schemes and contrast
    • Iconography and illustrations
    • Data visualization clarity (charts, graphs, timelines)
  • Check for any conflicting feedback and resolve with appropriate stakeholders.

3. Implement Design Iterations

  • Make targeted design changes using approved design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva).
  • Ensure:
    • Consistency with SayPro’s brand color palette, font family, and layout structure
    • Enhanced readability and clarity of information
    • Improved aesthetic appeal and flow of the infographic

4. Review and Validate Edits

  • Perform internal quality assurance:
    • Cross-check content with source data for accuracy
    • Verify alignment with SayPro visual identity guidelines
  • Share updated versions with the team for final review:
    • Present A/B variants where applicable for collaborative selection

5. Prepare Design Assets for Final Optimization

  • Organize layered and flattened files for version control
  • Convert formats (PNG, JPEG, PDF, SVG) for platform-specific needs
  • Compress and optimize graphics for:
    • Web display (low-latency viewing)
    • Social media sharing
    • Email newsletter embedding
    • Internal documentation and reports

6. Update Project Tracker and Submit for Approval

  • Document version updates in the SayPro Infographics Tracker
  • Log feedback iterations and design changes
  • Submit final draft for executive approval by:
    • SayPro Marketing Lead
    • SayPro Brand Material Office Manager

Expected Outcomes by End of Week 2

  • Final or near-final infographic design aligned with SayPro brand identity
  • Version control documentation reflecting feedback history and changes
  • Infographic assets ready for optimization and distribution (Week 3)
  • Improved internal collaboration workflow for future infographic cycles
