SayPro Attend SayPro’s final online or in-person Influence Review Workshop
- SayPro Workshop Attendance:
- Mandatory attendance at SayPro’s final Influence Review Workshop, conducted either online or in-person.
- Engage actively during the session, offering feedback, insights, and reflections on monthly outcomes and initiatives.
- SayPro Preparation and Contribution:
- Review relevant documents, reports, and performance data prior to the workshop.
- Be prepared to share department-specific progress, challenges, and lessons learned during the review period.
- SayPro Collaboration and Engagement:
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to identify trends, propose solutions, and support shared goals.
- Participate in group discussions and exercises aimed at strengthening SayPro’s impact, processes, and strategies.
- SayPro Feedback and Reporting:
- Provide constructive feedback on processes and initiatives evaluated during the SCRR-16 period.
- Submit post-workshop reflections or a brief report summarizing key takeaways and proposed actions.
- SayPro Follow-Up Actions:
- Implement agreed-upon improvements or changes within your area of work, based on the outcomes of the Influence Review Workshop.
- Support ongoing monitoring and evaluation efforts related to SCRR-16 recommendations.
SayPro Expected Outcomes:
- Improved cross-functional alignment and communication.
- Clear documentation of achievements, gaps, and action plans.
- Enhanced employee involvement in strategic planning and review processes.
