  1. SayPro Workshop Attendance:
    • Mandatory attendance at SayPro’s final Influence Review Workshop, conducted either online or in-person.
    • Engage actively during the session, offering feedback, insights, and reflections on monthly outcomes and initiatives.
  2. SayPro Preparation and Contribution:
    • Review relevant documents, reports, and performance data prior to the workshop.
    • Be prepared to share department-specific progress, challenges, and lessons learned during the review period.
  3. SayPro Collaboration and Engagement:
    • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to identify trends, propose solutions, and support shared goals.
    • Participate in group discussions and exercises aimed at strengthening SayPro’s impact, processes, and strategies.
  4. SayPro Feedback and Reporting:
    • Provide constructive feedback on processes and initiatives evaluated during the SCRR-16 period.
    • Submit post-workshop reflections or a brief report summarizing key takeaways and proposed actions.
  5. SayPro Follow-Up Actions:
    • Implement agreed-upon improvements or changes within your area of work, based on the outcomes of the Influence Review Workshop.
    • Support ongoing monitoring and evaluation efforts related to SCRR-16 recommendations.
