The Strategic Document Review Assistant plays a key role in supporting the quality and coherence of SayProโs strategic documentation. Under the guidance of the SayPro Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Royalty, the Assistant contributes to the review and refinement of documents to ensure alignment with organizational goals, M&E frameworks, and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the review of strategic documents, including plans, reports, frameworks, and evaluations.
- Provide feedback on clarity, structure, and alignment with MEL standards and organizational objectives.
- Work closely with the MEL Royalty to apply best practices in logic models, indicator frameworks, and results-based management.
- Assist in identifying gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement in draft documents.
- Maintain records of reviewed documents and suggested revisions.
- Help ensure that all strategic documentation reflects SayProโs values, language standards, and coherence requirements.
- Support capacity-building efforts by documenting lessons learned from the review process.
