This SayPro Jobs App Recruiter Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of [Date], by and between:

1. PARTIES

  • SayPro (“Company”), registered under Company Registration Number: 2018 / 537703 / 07, with its principal office at 167 14th Road, Midrand, Gauteng, South Africa, 1685, represented by Mr. Neftaly Vutisani Malatjie, Chief Executive Officer.
  • Recruiter (“You” or “User”), an individual, business, or organization utilizing the SayPro Jobs App to post job listings and recruit candidates.

2. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the use of the SayPro Jobs App, a digital recruitment platform that connects employers with job seekers for full-time, part-time, freelance, and internship opportunities.


3. RECRUITER REGISTRATION & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Recruiters must provide accurate and complete registration details.
  • Recruiters must be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization to act on behalf of a company.
  • Recruiters are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their accounts.
  • SayPro reserves the right to approve, modify, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement.

4. JOB LISTING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Job listings must contain truthful, legal, and non-misleading information.
  • Recruiters must comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Listings must clearly outline job roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and compensation.
  • Job postings must not promote scams, false job opportunities, or illegal activities.
  • SayPro reserves the right to review, reject, or remove job postings that do not meet platform guidelines.

5. PAYMENT, FEES & REFUNDS

  • Basic job listings may be free, while premium or featured job posts may require paid promotions.
  • Payments must be made via [Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Payments, or other accepted methods].
  • All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where SayPro fails to deliver the service.
  • SayPro does not guarantee candidate applications or job fulfillment.

6. PROHIBITED JOB POSTINGS & PRACTICES

Recruiters may not post:

  • Discriminatory job listings based on race, gender, religion, or any protected category.
  • False, misleading, or scam job opportunities.
  • Pyramid schemes, unpaid work without disclosure, or deceptive employment offers.
  • Job listings that require job seekers to pay fees upfront.

SayPro reserves the right to report violations to relevant authorities.


7. CANDIDATE DATA & PRIVACY

  • SayPro processes user data in compliance with South African data protection laws (POPIA).
  • Recruiters may only collect, store, and use job seeker data for recruitment purposes.
  • Recruiters may not share, sell, or misuse candidate information without consent.
  • SayPro reserves the right to restrict access to candidate data in case of misuse.

8. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

  • SayPro does not guarantee successful hiring or candidate quality.
  • Recruiters are responsible for verifying candidate qualifications and credentials.
  • SayPro is not liable for disputes, damages, or financial losses resulting from recruitment activities.
  • Recruiters agree to indemnify SayPro against any legal claims related to their job postings.

9. TERMINATION & SUSPENSION

  • Recruiters may remove or modify job listings at any time.
  • SayPro may suspend or terminate recruiter accounts for policy violations, fraud, or misuse of the platform.
  • SayPro reserves the right to remove inactive or misleading job postings.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation and mediation.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration under South African law.

11. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the full understanding between SayPro and the Recruiter.
  • Amendments: SayPro may update this Agreement with prior notice.
  • Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using the SayPro Jobs App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
