Job Description:
SayPro is seeking a talented and creative graphic designer to join our SayPro Brand Material Office, where you will be responsible for creating unique, memorable, and high-quality logos as part of the SayPro Monthly Logo Design initiative for January SCMR-13. This role requires an individual with strong design skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to understand the specific needs of SayPro’s marketing and branding strategies.
You will work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty team to design logos that align with our brand’s mission, vision, and target audience. Your work will directly impact SayPro’s visual identity and contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logo Design:
- Create custom logo designs that are unique, memorable, and align with SayPro’s brand identity for the January SCMR-13 campaign.
- Develop multiple logo concepts based on the brief, showcasing creativity, professionalism, and innovation.
- Ensure that logos meet the specific design objectives outlined in the project brief, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency across all materials.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, revising and refining the designs as necessary.
- Brand Alignment:
- Ensure all logos reflect SayPro’s branding guidelines, color palette, typography, and overall aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing Team to ensure logo designs align with the target audience’s expectations and preferences.
- Design Revisions & Refinements:
- Provide iterative design drafts based on feedback from the SayPro Marketing team and other relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure the final logo design aligns with project goals and branding requirements.
- Revise logos based on client or team feedback to meet specifications and expectations.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the SayPro Marketing Royalty team to understand the goals and objectives of the January SCMR-13 project and how each logo fits into the larger marketing strategy.
- Attend team meetings and provide updates on design progress, incorporating any requested changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logos into various marketing materials (e.g., website, social media, print collateral).
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation associated with each logo design, including design files, usage guidelines, and design concepts.
- Complete a comprehensive design brief for each logo to outline the purpose, design considerations, and intended impact on the target audience.
- File Management:
- Ensure that all logo files are organized, stored securely, and properly archived for future use and reference.
- Maintain accurate records of logo design iterations, feedback, and final versions.
Documents Required from Employee:

- A detailed document outlining the design objectives, purpose, and target audience for each logo design. This should include:
- Project Overview: Purpose and goals of the logo design
- Target Audience: Who the logo is intended to appeal to
- Brand Identity: How the logo should align with SayPro’s existing brand elements
- Specific Design Requirements: Color schemes, typography, style preferences
- Timeline: Key milestones, deadlines, and deliverable dates
- A detailed document outlining the design objectives, purpose, and target audience for each logo design. This should include:
- Logo Design Concepts:
- Multiple initial design concepts for review and feedback, each reflecting the design brief requirements.
- Design Revisions and Final Designs:
- Final logo design files in required formats (e.g., AI, EPS, PNG, JPEG) and all relevant supporting materials.
- A written summary of the design process, including feedback received and how it was integrated into the final design.
- Usage Guidelines (if applicable):
- A document outlining how the logo should be used across various marketing materials, ensuring consistency in branding.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in logo design and graphic design, preferably within a corporate or branding context.
- Proficiency: Expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to translate brand goals into visual concepts.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality designs with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to take and act on feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Reporting & Deliverables:
- Project Updates: Regular progress reports and presentations to the SayPro Marketing Team.
- Timeline Adherence: Ensure timely delivery of initial drafts, revisions, and final logo designs according to the project schedule.
