Job Summary:
The SayPro Monthly Furniture Poster Design Branding Specialist will be responsible for the creative development, design, and execution of visually appealing and effective furniture posters for SayPro. This role is integral in showcasing SayPro’s branded furniture products, increasing brand awareness, and supporting marketing campaigns. The specialist will also engage in the research and concept development process to ensure the designs align with market trends, customer preferences, and SayPro’s visual identity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and Concept Development
Objective:
The specialist will conduct thorough market research and develop creative concepts that align with the current trends in furniture design and consumer preferences, ensuring the posters resonate with the target audience.
- Market Analysis:
- Research current furniture design trends and consumer preferences to inform the poster designs. This involves staying up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design, furniture aesthetics, color schemes, and popular styles.
- Analyze competitors’ marketing materials to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in SayPro’s designs.
- Identify key seasonal and cultural trends that can be leveraged in the poster designs to align with market demand and consumer behavior.
- Consumer Insights:
- Gather insights from existing consumer data and feedback to understand the types of furniture that attract the most attention and which messaging strategies have the most impact.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align the poster designs with ongoing campaigns and sales goals.
- Ensure that all designs reflect the core values and brand identity of SayPro, which includes quality, style, and functionality.
- Concept Ideation:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that effectively communicate the style and quality of SayPro’s furniture. This may involve brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and conceptual mock-ups.

- Present ideas for feedback and approval from the SayPro Marketing Lead and Brand Material Office Manager.

- Design Execution:
- Develop visually appealing posters that highlight SayPro’s furniture offerings, ensuring they capture attention and communicate the product’s features, style, and benefits.
- Use design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) to create posters that align with SayPro’s branding guidelines (color schemes, typography, imagery).
- Create multiple variations of posters tailored for both digital and physical campaigns, ensuring that the designs are optimized for different formats (e.g., social media, print, website banners).
- Visual Consistency:
- Ensure that all posters adhere to SayPro’s visual identity, ensuring consistency in design, messaging, and logo placement.
- Maintain high design standards to ensure that the posters are visually striking and convey a premium, professional look that aligns with SayPro’s brand.
- Content Integration:
- Work with copywriters and content strategists to ensure the right messaging is integrated into the poster design. This may include promotional text, product details, calls to action, and seasonal messaging.
- Ensure that any promotions or offers are clearly visible and legible in the design.
3. Collaboration and Feedback

Ensure that the final poster designs are produced and distributed across the appropriate channels.
- Production Preparation:
- Finalize design files for print and digital distribution, ensuring that all files are formatted correctly (e.g., resolution, file size) for the intended medium.
- Coordinate with printers or digital teams to ensure the posters are produced at the highest quality, whether for physical distribution or online use.
- Distribution Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure the posters are strategically distributed across SayPro’s website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and physical locations.
- Work with the digital team to optimize posters for online use, including resizing for social media ads and banners, ensuring that posters display properly on different devices and platforms.
5. Performance Tracking and Optimization

- Skills:
