Job Description:
SayPro is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Advertising Manager to oversee and execute the Quarterly Marketing and Advertising initiatives. This role will be central to the planning, strategy, execution, and optimization of SayPro’s marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on online platforms. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with various teams, including content, creative, and paid media, to meet SayPro’s digital marketing goals and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive quarterly marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with SayPro’s business objectives.
- Create and manage integrated marketing strategies that leverage digital and traditional media platforms for maximum reach and engagement.
- Oversee all phases of campaign development, from initial planning and creative development to execution and post-launch performance analysis.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure messaging and visuals align with the SayPro brand.
2. Digital Marketing Leadership:
- Drive online marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels including social media, display ads, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and video platforms.
- Work with the paid media team to maximize performance across online ad campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and budget.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement to optimize campaign results.
- Manage and optimize paid search, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing channels to increase visibility and engagement.
3. Budget & Resource Allocation:
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources across different platforms and channels to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
- Provide recommendations on resource allocation, balancing cost-effectiveness with campaign goals.
4. Content & Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand messaging and target audience preferences.
- Develop branded materials, including indoor and outdoor lighting designs, to be integrated into marketing campaigns and product promotions.
- Oversee the design and development of marketing materials for SayPro’s lighting solutions, ensuring they meet the company’s branding standards and resonate with the target market.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer behaviors, and emerging opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure SayPro is leveraging the most effective tools and channels.
- Utilize market insights to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
6. Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Regularly report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare quarterly marketing performance reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
7. Brand Growth & Royalty SCMR Marketing:
- Support SayPro’s growth by ensuring consistency across all marketing communications and strengthening the company’s market presence.
- Work with the brand and marketing teams to manage the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s long-term vision and market positioning.
- Participate in creating long-term plans for indoor and outdoor lighting campaigns by SayPro, ensuring that marketing strategies enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in an advertising or marketing management role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, analytics, etc.).
- Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media insights, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to think creatively and analytically to drive campaign performance and achieve business goals.
- Knowledge of lighting products or related industries is a plus.
