Position: Maintenance and Follow-Up Specialist

Overview:
The Maintenance and Follow-Up Specialist is responsible for ensuring the ongoing condition, maintenance, and functionality of all SayPro-installed brand materials. This role involves the regular monitoring of installations, performing necessary maintenance, and coordinating replacements or repairs to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, the position requires regular communication with the SayPro Marketing Royalty team and coordination with the installation team to maintain high standards for the effectiveness of brand material installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Regularly assess the condition of installed brand materials to ensure they are functioning as intended and have not suffered any damage or degradation.
- Use established quality standards to evaluate the integrity and effectiveness of brand materials.
- Document any issues identified during the monitoring process and develop reports for management review.
- Maintenance Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule necessary maintenance tasks for installed brand materials to keep them in optimal working condition.
- Liaise with internal teams or third-party contractors for repairs, cleaning, or servicing of materials.
- Track and maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules and activities.
- Replacement Management:
- Identify when brand materials are beyond repair or need to be replaced due to wear, damage, or obsolescence.
- Work closely with the SayPro Installation Team to arrange for the timely replacement of materials.
- Oversee the process of brand material replacement, ensuring that the new materials are installed according to professional standards.
- SayPro Monthly Reports (SCMR-13):
- Prepare and submit monthly reports (SayPro SCMR-13) detailing the condition of all installed materials, maintenance activities performed, and any replacements or upgrades completed during the month.
- Ensure that reports are completed on time and presented to the management team with all necessary data for analysis.
- SayPro Marketing Royalty SCM Coordination:
- Support the SayPro Marketing Royalty department in maintaining the brand materials in accordance with company guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Ensure that all brand materials adhere to SayPro’s branding standards and contribute to the overall marketing effectiveness.
- Assist with marketing royalty assessments by ensuring that brand material installations are aligned with contractual agreements.
- Professional Installation Oversight:
- Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office and Installation Team to ensure that new installations are completed according to professional standards.
- Conduct follow-up inspections after installations to verify that brand materials are installed effectively and securely, contributing to the overall marketing and brand visibility.
- Customer Interaction:
- If required, interact with external clients or partners to provide updates on the status of installations and maintenance activities.
- Address any client concerns or questions regarding the condition of installed materials and offer solutions when issues arise.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving the quality, durability, and impact of SayPro brand materials.
- Suggest improvements to installation and maintenance procedures based on feedback and observations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in maintenance coordination, facility management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of maintenance and installation procedures
- Problem-solving abilities
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility required for urgent maintenance tasks.
- Travel may be required for site visits to installed locations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform inspections and occasional hands-on maintenance or troubleshooting activities.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when handling materials or equipment for installation or maintenance.
