Job Title: Design and Branding Specialist – January

Job Objective:
The primary objective of the January SCMR-13 project is to design and implement branded door signs for offices within SayPro. The signs will align with SayPro’s marketing and branding standards, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across the company’s office spaces.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Branded Door Signs:
    • Task Overview:
      Design custom, branded door signs for SayPro offices, ensuring the signs reflect SayPro’s corporate identity and branding guidelines.
    • Requirements:
      • Utilize SayPro’s official brand material (logos, colors, fonts) as provided by SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
      • Ensure signs are easily readable, aesthetically pleasing, and professional.
      • Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing team for any updated branding materials or directives.
      • Implement accessibility guidelines, including legible font size and contrast for readability.
  2. Production of Door Signs:
    • Task Overview:
      Coordinate the production of the door signs. This includes liaising with printing companies, selecting appropriate materials, and ensuring quality control during the manufacturing process.
    • Requirements:
      • Work closely with suppliers to ensure accurate production based on the finalized designs.
      • Choose materials that are durable, professional, and align with SayPro’s environmental policies.
      • Ensure the signs meet the required dimensions and specifications for installation.
  3. Delivery and Installation:
    • Task Overview:
      Oversee the delivery and installation of the door signs in SayPro offices. This includes ensuring that all signs are delivered on time and installed correctly at each office location.
    • Requirements:
      • Coordinate with the logistics and installation teams to schedule the delivery and setup.
      • Ensure proper placement of each sign, according to office layouts and branding guidelines.
      • Inspect the final installation to confirm that each sign is securely mounted and aligned with SayPro’s standards.
  4. Quality Assurance:
    • Task Overview:
      Maintain a high level of quality assurance throughout the design, production, and installation phases.
    • Requirements:
      • Perform quality checks during each stage of the process to ensure adherence to SayPro’s branding guidelines and design specifications.
      • Ensure no errors in text, alignment, or color.
      • Address any issues promptly and liaise with vendors for reprints or fixes if necessary.
  5. Collaboration with SayPro Marketing and Office Teams:
    • Task Overview:
      Work closely with the SayPro Marketing and Office teams to ensure that all door signs meet the company’s aesthetic and functional needs.
    • Requirements:
      • Attend regular meetings with the SayPro Marketing team to confirm that the designs align with overall company branding.
      • Collect feedback from the Office Management team to ensure that the signs meet the operational needs of each office space.
      • Be open to revisions and modifications as necessary.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Task Overview:
      Maintain records of designs, production timelines, and installation schedules. Provide regular updates on the status of the project.
    • Requirements:
      • Prepare and maintain documentation regarding each phase of the project.
      • Provide weekly reports on the progress, issues, and completed tasks.
      • Ensure all relevant data is shared with the SayPro Project Management team for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Design Experience:
    Proven experience in graphic design, with expertise in creating corporate signage and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Software Proficiency:
    Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
  • Project Management:
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail:
    High attention to detail to ensure the final product is accurate and aligns with SayPro’s branding requirements.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple teams (Marketing, Office, Production, etc.) and clearly convey project progress and needs.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Ability to address and solve issues quickly, including design revisions, production delays, or installation challenges.
  • Knowledge of Branding:
    Understanding of how to translate corporate brand identities into physical designs, ensuring a cohesive look across various office spaces.
  • Logistics and Coordination:
    Experience coordinating logistics for the production, delivery, and installation of physical items, ensuring that deadlines are met.

Timeline & Deliverables:

  • Design Phase: Complete all door sign designs by the 15th of January.
  • Production Phase: Ensure production is finalized and quality-checked by the 20th of January.
  • Delivery & Installation: Install all signs by the 30th of January.

  • SayPro Marketing Manager
  • SayPro Project Manager
