Q1: How do I get access to SayPro’s M&E Systems?
A: Complete the SayPro M&E System Access Request Form and submit it to mesupport@saypro.online. Access must be approved by your supervisor.
Q2: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: Use the “Forgot Password” feature on the login page or email mesupport@saypro.online for assistance.
Q3: I received login credentials but can’t access the system. Why?
A: Ensure you’re using the correct portal link and that your account has been activated. Also, check your spam/junk folder for system emails.

Q4: What tools are included in SayPro’s M&E system?
A: The main tools include:
- SayPro Indicator Tracking Tool
- Performance Monitoring Dashboard
- Mobile Data Collection App

Q5: Can I access these tools on mobile devices?
A: Yes, the Mobile Data Collection App is available for both Android and iOS. Dashboards and online systems are mobile-friendly but work best on a desktop.
Q6: How often should I update indicator data?
A: Update frequency depends on the project, but generally it’s monthly or quarterly, as directed by your M&E Officer.
🔹 3. Data Entry & Reporting
Q7: I entered data but don’t see it reflected in the dashboard. What should I do?
A: Ensure you clicked “Submit” and didn’t leave fields blank. Refresh the dashboard or wait up to 15 minutes for syncing. Contact support if issues persist.
Q8: Can I export reports from the dashboard?
A: Yes. Most dashboards allow PDF, Excel, and CSV exports. Use the “Export” or “Download” button in the top-right section of the interface.
Q9: Who can edit targets or project indicators?
A: Only users with Administrator or M&E Lead roles can make changes to targets or indicators. Submit requests through your line manager.

Q10: Is training provided for new users?
A: Yes. Training is conducted during SayPro Monthly M&E Clinics and through onboarding sessions. A quick reference guide and video tutorials are also available.
Q11: Where can I find user manuals or guides?
A: Visit the SayPro Intranet or request copies via mesupport@saypro.online.
Q12: What should I do if I spot incorrect or duplicate data?
A: Report it immediately to your M&E Officer or email mesupport@saypro.online with screenshots and details.

Q13: Who has access to the data I enter?
A: Access is role-based. Only authorized team members and designated M&E personnel can view, edit, or analyze data.
Q14: Is SayPro’s M&E system secure?
A: Yes. The systems follow SayPro’s data protection policy and industry-standard encryption protocols.

A: Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Contact support if problems persist.
