Job Title: Marketing and Advertising Manager – Quarterly Marketing and Advertising

Job Overview:
The Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro Quarterly Marketing and Advertising will play a key role in the planning, execution, and optimization of SayProโ€™s marketing campaigns, specifically focused on online platforms. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the campaign, from initial strategy formulation to performance analysis, and working closely with the content, creative, and paid media teams to ensure that SayProโ€™s digital marketing objectives are met. The manager will also oversee budget and resource allocation to ensure that campaigns stay within budget while delivering the desired results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies tailored to quarterly campaigns, aligning with SayProโ€™s overarching marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, design, product, and sales) to align campaign objectives with brand initiatives.
    • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to determine campaign messaging, targeting, and positioning for maximum impact.
    • Manage and optimize the campaign lifecycle, from initial ideation through execution and post-campaign analysis.
  2. Budget and Resource Allocation:
    • Monitor and manage the advertising budget for each campaign, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve the desired reach and engagement.
    • Work with the finance team to track expenditures and adjust plans as needed to stay within budget while optimizing campaign performance.
    • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all budgeted spend and resource use to senior management.
  3. Online Campaign Execution:
    • Oversee the creation, development, and execution of online advertising strategies for SayProโ€™s campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., social media, display networks, search engines).
    • Collaborate with the paid media team to implement effective strategies, optimizing for performance across key digital channels.
    • Ensure that creative assets, including videos, images, and text ads, are aligned with the campaignโ€™s objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Continuously track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, reach, engagement, and customer acquisition costs to ensure optimal campaign results.
    • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine strategies for higher performance and engagement.
  5. Collaborative Work with Content and Creative Teams:
    • Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop compelling messaging and visuals that resonate with target audiences and align with SayProโ€™s brand voice.
    • Oversee the development of branded lighting solutions and other materials related to SayProโ€™s Monthly SCMR-13 and SayPro Monthly Indoor and Outdoor Lighting initiatives.
    • Ensure that all campaign materials are consistent with SayPro’s branding guidelines and meet the highest standards of quality.
  6. Reporting and Stakeholder Communication:
    • Provide regular updates and performance reports to the senior leadership team, highlighting key campaign metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
    • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the campaign process.
    • Lead post-campaign reviews to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement in future campaigns.
  7. SayPro Brand Material Oversight:
    • Oversee the development and distribution of SayProโ€™s brand material, particularly in relation to the Indoor and Outdoor Lighting campaign.
    • Ensure that all branded lighting solutions are accurately represented and designed for different environments, meeting the aesthetic and functional needs of various customer segments.
  8. Royalty SCMR Management:
    • Handle SayProโ€™s Marketing Royalty SCMR, ensuring that all branded materials and marketing strategies are in line with royalty agreements and branding guidelines.
    • Monitor compliance with established contracts, ensuring that marketing materials adhere to agreed-upon terms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising, with a strong focus on campaign management and performance optimization.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, display networks, search engines).
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to drive campaign insights and decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of budget management and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling campaign concepts and messaging.
  • Experience with branded content creation, particularly related to indoor and outdoor lighting solutions, is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with video production and multimedia content creation.
  • Experience in the lighting industry or similar product-focused markets.
