SayPro Monitors Performance Gaps and Submits Mid-Quarter Assessments
In line with its commitment to evidence-based management and high-performance delivery, SayPro, through the Strategic Planning Office under SayPro Operations Royalty, has commenced the process of monitoring performance gaps and compiling mid-quarter assessments for all departments and operational units.
This process is a critical part of the SCOR-1 performance cycle and supports proactive intervention to ensure SayPro stays on track with its strategic and operational objectives.
Objectives of Mid-Quarter Assessments:
- Identify gaps between planned outputs and actual performance
- Detect early warning signs of implementation delays or resource constraints
- Provide a data-driven basis for corrective actions
- Strengthen accountability across departments
- Inform adjustments to targets, budgets, or timelines where necessary
Monitoring Process Includes:
- Weekly task report reviews from the SayPro Dashboard
- Analysis of KPIs against timelines in the Quarterly Performance Plan
- Review of departmental M&E and Risk Reports
- Stakeholder consultations and feedback from team leads
Assessment Submission:
- Each department is required to submit a Mid-Quarter Assessment Report using the approved SayPro template
- Reports must highlight:
- Achievements to date
- Underperformance areas and justifications
- Risks and mitigating actions
- Resource needs or reallocation proposals
- Reports are submitted electronically via the SayPro Performance Portal
The Strategic Planning Office will consolidate all submissions into a Mid-Quarter Organisational Performance Brief, which will be presented to Executive Management and shared with relevant oversight bodies.
By monitoring gaps and acting early, SayPro continues to uphold its values of transparency, accountability, and impact-driven leadership.
