    • Inventory Management: Monitor the inventory levels of materials to ensure that there are no shortages or overstock situations.
    • Cost Control: Ensure that the materials are procured within budget constraints while still maintaining high quality.
    • Material Testing: Test the durability and quality of the materials to ensure they will last through the event and any post-event usage, in alignment with SayPro’s high standards.

3. Marketing and Branding Alignment
