1. Monitor Quality Control:
The key task for January will be to oversee quality control for all printed materials. This involves:
a. Perform Quality Checks:
- Consistency Review: Check that all printed materials (brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, etc.) adhere to SayPro’s brand guidelines. This includes color accuracy, logo placement, font usage, and adherence to the approved templates.
- Accuracy Verification: Ensure that all text (headings, body text, captions) is accurate. This includes spelling, grammar, and correct contact information (website, phone number, etc.).
- Visual Quality: Assess the clarity of images, logos, and graphics. Ensure that the print resolution is high enough to maintain sharpness and clarity without pixelation. Verify that all images match the intended design.
- Material Quality Check: Ensure that the material used for printing (paper type, texture, weight) matches the specified requirements. Check for smoothness, thickness, and quality of finish (matte, glossy, etc.).
