Job Title: Brand Consistency Specialist

Job Purpose:
The Brand Consistency Specialist ensures that all external and internal communications across various platforms strictly align with SayPro’s brand identity, marketing strategy, and vision. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, an understanding of branding principles, and the ability to tailor personalized messages that reflect SayPro’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and Enforce Brand Alignment Across Channels
- Review all external and internal communication materials (email campaigns, social media posts, press releases, website updates, presentations, etc.) to ensure alignment with SayPro’s brand tone, visual identity, and messaging standards.
- Use brand guidelines as outlined in the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 document to verify adherence across all media.
- Report discrepancies to the SayPro Brand Material Office and provide corrective feedback to content creators.
2. Customization and Personalization Oversight
- Implement and approve custom elements—such as quotes, mission statements, and core company values—within marketing and sales materials.
- Ensure all personalized elements are in line with SayPro Monthly Personalization guidance, supporting both relevance to the audience and brand fidelity.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure personal touches enhance, rather than dilute, the core brand.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, HR, and executive leadership to uphold SayPro’s brand narrative in both customer-facing and internal documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR department and other teams when brand-related questions or issues arise.
4. Content Review & Approval Process
- Establish and manage a clear workflow for brand compliance checks before content is published or distributed.
- Maintain a centralized review log of all approved messaging, graphics, and campaign elements that reflect SayPro brand values.
5. Training and Resource Management
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and quick-reference guides to help departments follow brand standards.
- Provide guidance and onboarding support to new employees on SayPro’s brand voice, values, and usage protocols.
6. Audit & Quality Control
- Conduct monthly audits of all external and internal messaging and document findings.
- Deliver a Brand Consistency Report to the Brand Material Office, highlighting both compliance successes and areas needing improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in brand management or marketing coordination
- Exceptional attention to detail and editorial review skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in brand management tools, CMS platforms, and design collaboration systems
- Familiarity with SayPro’s internal structure, especially SCMR systems and documents
