3. Purpose of the Meeting
The purpose of this meeting was to review and update the SayPro Human Capital Train Management Policy (SayProP491). This policy governs the processes, procedures, and responsibilities related to the planning, coordination, and management of training programs within SayPro.
The review aimed to ensure that the policy remains aligned with organizational training standards, compliance frameworks, and performance development goals.

- The Training & Development Manager was appointed as the designated policy owner responsible for policy implementation and reporting.

- An expanded FAQ section was added, providing detailed responses to questions related to training procedures, scheduling, attendance, and evaluation—totaling 500 entries.
