SayPro will host the event physically at Neftalopolis and online via a virtual streaming platform, ensuring accessibility and impact.

SayPro recommends the event start date as 05-25-2025 and end date as 05-25-2025, with an alternative date on 05-30-2025 for participants who may require flexibility.

SayPro will open the event from 13:00 to 17:00 (GMT +02:00).

SayPro sets the registration deadline as 05-22-2025. All participants must complete the registration by this date to secure a slot.

SayPro requests participants to click “Register for Event” on the SayPro website to complete the application.

SayPro outlines the entry criteria as follows:

• Must be 16 years or older (parental consent needed for minors).
• Entries must align with the theme of Mother’s Day celebration.
• Open to individuals or groups (maximum 5 persons per group).

SayPro requires the following documents/information during registration:

• A short concept description (max 200 words).
• Personal identification or group representative ID (passport/ID document).
• Media files if applicable (images, audio, or video).
• Signed consent form for media release and event participation.

SayPro suggests the entry fee as follows:

• Physical attendance: $15 per person / $50 per group (up to 5 members).
• Virtual attendance: $5 per person / $15 per group.
