Thank you for our time together on this project. 

It is now weeks that I have not been well. I have noted that the delegated colleagues have not been attending meetings due to power cuts planned during our sessions. It has been difficult for them to manage their schedules. 

There are so many tasks that I still need to fulfil. 

Doctors have recommended that I take time away from work to refresh considering the sleepless hours over the past 8 years. 

Our short period has reshaped the brand SayPro to be positioned as a reputable, most performing and sustainable organization. 

It could not be possible without the brains behind me. Asa driver it can be difficult to understand the journey ahead unless you have people in the office and at a distance monitoring every step of the way. That is what you have been Erin to me. 

I must agree the design thinking has challenged me to rethink the brand, how we do things and where we want to be. 

The videos are delayed as we tasked and dismissed those who did not perform. 

I have noted that since the process we lost many staff members who did not want to transition and remained and replaced them with over performing ones. 

I have noted the change in how people report, host meetings, account, and manage their operations. 

I wonder daily as I sit in my couch crying to type and do work but I have been ordered to take a break. Dealing with the aftereffects of burn out, exhaustion and sicknesses from time to time. 

You have given me hope for development, opened my eyes to transition from traditional thinking to design thinking. Which would have cost me millions of dollars in consulting fees. 

I owe you a lot, and I cannot think of how much it would have costed me for all the hours you put in. I owe you millions. 

God shall reward you on my behalf. 

My promise to you is that you have given me lifetime homework and I owe you the promise that I will continue to fight in development and provision of education to those who need it the most. 

I will fight for the adaptation of new resource tools as we have worked together on Friday sessions. 

I have a huge to do list. In the next month of May I am returning fully to my desk rejuvenated and refreshed. 

As an entrepreneur it gets to be so hard as we face many difficulties. I have fought and sacrificed for this brand to be where it is. 

Daily I write of what I need to do and what needs to be done. Every time I suspend tasks. I still write them as the next to do list. 

I would like to thank you, Erin, for being there for me all this time. I still believe that I need you to be working with us if it is possible, as a consultant or freelancer while you do what you love elsewhere. 

I thank you, Alan, for bringing Erin to SayPro. Her presence has changed us tremendously. 

May he continue to give you jobs and projects. I pray that you never lack in your entire life. May God bless you so that you can come and witness you have done for me. 

May he also keep us together for our entire lives. 

I know we will meet once again, and we will work on future projects. 

Keep well and thank your family for me. You have missed your breakfast. You missed on some important morning tasks on Friday. It was not for me. It was for those who desperately needs help here in South Africa and Africa as a whole. 

May God bless you; may you not lack including your family and may he never allow your tears to fall because you lack.
