Position Overview:
The Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro’s Quarterly Marketing and Advertising campaigns will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and optimization of SayPro’s marketing initiatives, with a specific emphasis on online platforms. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the campaign process, from initial strategy formulation to performance analysis. The manager will work closely with the content, creative, and paid media teams to ensure the successful achievement of SayPro’s digital marketing objectives. In addition, a key responsibility of this position is to manage influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing programs, ensuring alignment with SayPro’s brand values and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to achieve SayPro’s quarterly objectives, leveraging platforms such as social media, Google Ads, and display networks.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to design compelling and effective marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process, ensuring that timelines are met and campaigns align with business goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring that objectives such as reach, engagement, and conversion are achieved.
2. Influencer Partnerships and Affiliate Marketing:
- Identify and engage with influencers who align with SayPro’s brand values and marketing objectives.
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts, ensuring that influencers deliver content that adheres to brand guidelines, promotes SayPro’s products effectively, and meets campaign goals.
- Coordinate with influencers to create engaging and authentic content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
- Track the performance of influencer collaborations, measure ROI, and optimize future partnerships.
- Oversee SayPro’s affiliate marketing program, ensuring affiliates are aligned with SayPro’s brand image and drive quality leads and sales.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with affiliate partners, ensuring they are fair and mutually beneficial.
- Monitor affiliate performance, providing support and guidance to optimize conversions and commissions.
3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of campaigns and implement adjustments to optimize performance.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management, detailing campaign success, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to refine digital marketing tactics.
4. Budget Management and Resource Allocation:
- Oversee the marketing budget for each campaign, ensuring that advertising spend is allocated efficiently to achieve the best possible ROI.
- Ensure that influencer and affiliate partnerships remain within budget while maximizing exposure and impact.
- Forecast and track monthly budgets, providing detailed reports on advertising expenditure and resource distribution.
5. Cross-functional Team Collaboration:
- Work with the creative and content teams to ensure that all marketing assets (social media posts, ads, blogs, etc.) are on-brand, high quality, and resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the paid media team to develop optimal bidding strategies and manage campaigns across multiple channels.
- Maintain strong communication with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues arising from campaigns.
6. Trend Analysis and Innovation:
- Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring SayPro remains at the forefront of online marketing.
- Regularly review competitor campaigns and market developments to inform future strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in managing influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing programs.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and digital advertising tools (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills for influencer and affiliate partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and achieve campaign objectives within financial constraints.
