Job Description: Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro Quarterly Marketing and Advertising

Position Overview:

The Marketing and Advertising Manager for SayPro’s Quarterly Marketing and Advertising campaigns will play a crucial role in the strategic planning, execution, and continuous optimization of SayPro’s marketing campaigns. This position will be focused primarily on driving online marketing efforts across digital platforms, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with SayPro’s overall business goals. The role will encompass a wide variety of responsibilities, from strategy formulation to performance analysis, and will require close collaboration with content, creative, and paid media teams to meet SayPro’s digital marketing objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Planning and Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with content teams: Work with SayPro’s content creation team to craft compelling and creative content for online marketing channels, such as digital ads, social media posts, landing pages, email newsletters, and more.
    • Develop quarterly marketing strategies: Design and implement targeted marketing strategies that align with SayPro’s quarterly business and brand objectives. Ensure that all strategies are data-driven and adaptable to emerging trends and market conditions.
    • Market research: Conduct thorough research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform the campaign strategy.
    • Brand alignment: Ensure that all marketing efforts and content are aligned with SayPro’s brand identity and messaging, including the design and integration of indoor and outdoor lighting solutions into campaigns when relevant.
  2. Influencer Partnerships and Affiliate Marketing:
    • Negotiate influencer contracts: Identify and establish partnerships with key influencers who align with SayPro’s brand values and target audience. Negotiate contracts that are mutually beneficial, ensuring influencers deliver high-quality, authentic content that resonates with their followers.
    • Manage influencer relationships: Oversee and maintain positive relationships with influencers, ensuring timely communication and that all contractual obligations are met.
    • Affiliate marketing strategy: Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy to expand SayPro’s online reach and drive traffic to the website. Collaborate with affiliate partners to create unique offers, promotions, and campaigns that increase conversions.
    • Monitor performance: Regularly track and assess the performance of influencer campaigns and affiliate partnerships, adjusting strategies based on analytics and performance metrics.
  3. Campaign Execution and Management:
    • Oversee multi-channel execution: Ensure smooth execution of campaigns across various digital channels, including paid media, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
    • Coordinate with creative teams: Collaborate with creative and design teams to ensure all digital assets (e.g., ads, graphics, videos) are in line with campaign goals and SayPro’s brand guidelines.
    • Optimize paid media: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) to ensure they are effective in reaching the target audience and delivering high ROI.
  4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze KPIs: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, engagement, ROI, and other relevant metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Campaign optimization: Use data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns. Conduct A/B testing, review analytics, and tweak strategies to maximize performance.
    • Report to senior leadership: Prepare and deliver regular reports outlining the success of campaigns, providing actionable insights, and recommending future strategies based on data findings.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with other teams: Work closely with various teams, including content, paid media, SEO, and analytics, to ensure all aspects of the campaign are seamlessly integrated and aligned with SayPro’s goals.
    • Support product marketing: Collaborate with the product marketing team to create marketing campaigns that highlight key products or services, such as lighting solutions for indoor and outdoor spaces, through a mix of digital channels and influencer partnerships.
  6. Brand and Market Development:
    • Explore new digital marketing opportunities: Keep up with emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and platforms to ensure SayPro is always leveraging the most innovative strategies.
    • Maintain brand integrity: Ensure all campaigns maintain consistency with SayPro’s brand voice and image, particularly when working with external influencers or affiliates.
    • Indoor and Outdoor Lighting Marketing: As part of SayPro’s product offering, create marketing initiatives that showcase the brand’s lighting solutions for various environments, incorporating these designs into digital campaigns and influencer partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
  • Experience with social media marketing, influencer management, and affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen understanding of brand development and digital content creation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the lighting industry or with brands that provide design-focused solutions for indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Familiarity with tools for influencer outreach and affiliate marketing management.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they integrate with digital marketing efforts.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with an eye for detail and creativity.
