- Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of promotional campaigns and corporate events.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop campaigns aligned with SayPro’s brand values and objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials for all campaigns, including printed collateral, branded giveaways, and promotional items.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the sourcing, design, and production of branded materials.
- Establish clear communication with internal teams to ensure a seamless process from conception to execution.
- Packaging and Delivery Coordination:
- Oversee the packaging and timely delivery of promotional materials, branded merchandise, and corporate gifts to clients, partners, and internal departments.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled and properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Track and manage the logistics to guarantee that all materials reach the correct destinations within the allocated time frame.
- Work with third-party couriers or internal logistics teams to ensure the smooth transportation of materials.
- Selection of Branded Items:
- Select and recommend branded materials that align with SayPro’s identity and brand message.
- Choose items that reflect the company’s core values and aesthetics, such as branded mugs, tote bags, or any other promotional merchandise that can resonate with clients and partners.
- Work closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office to maintain consistency in design, color scheme, and messaging across all promotional products.
- Manage inventory of branded items to ensure an adequate supply for campaigns and events.
- Collaboration with Marketing and SCMR Teams:
- Act as a liaison between the SayPro Marketing Team and the SayPro Brand Material Office to ensure all branded materials are in alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Provide reports and feedback to the marketing team regarding the effectiveness and reception of branded materials at events or in client/partner interactions.
- Monitor budget allocation for branded items and ensure cost-effective purchasing without compromising on brand integrity.
- Royalty and Licensing Management:
- Ensure all branded materials and campaign merchandise adhere to SayPro’s Royalty SCMR guidelines.
- Work with the Legal and Licensing Teams to secure necessary permissions and rights for the use of intellectual property (e.g., logo usage, branded items).
- Manage royalty agreements related to the production and distribution of promotional materials in line with corporate standards.
