1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF PARTICIPATION

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REPRESENTATION

3. LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE

I understand that participation in the audition process may involve risks, including but not limited to physical activity, stage performance, and travel. I agree to release and hold harmless SayPro, its affiliates, employees, contractors, sponsors, and event organizers from any claims, demands, losses, or liabilities that may arise before, during, or after the audition process, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. MEDIA RELEASE AND CONSENT

• I grant SayPro the irrevocable right to use my name, likeness, voice, image, and performance in photographs, video recordings, and other promotional materials in all media formats (including television, social media, and websites) for promotional and commercial purposes, without compensation.
• I acknowledge that SayPro retains ownership of all audition footage and content created during the event.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

I agree to abide by all rules and instructions set forth by SayPro, including:

• Conducting myself professionally and respectfully towards staff, judges, and fellow contestants.
• Following all venue safety protocols and procedures.
• Refraining from any actions that could be considered disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful to others.

SayPro reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

I understand that certain aspects of the audition process, including judge deliberations and internal selection criteria, may be confidential. I agree not to disclose or share any confidential information related to the audition process without SayPro’s written permission.
