Purpose of the Role:
The SayPro Monthly Door Naming Signs Design and Branding Team (SCMR-13) is responsible for the creation, customization, and delivery of personalized and professionally branded door signs for office spaces across SayPro. This initiative enhances visual identity, reinforces brand presence, and supports clear professional communication in SayPro workplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Information Collection and Coordination
- Collaborate with SayPro department heads, team leads, and employees to gather all relevant information needed for door signs, including:
- Full name
- Job title
- Department or division
- Room or office number (if applicable)
- Maintain accuracy and consistency of all collected data.
- Establish a clear communication channel with internal stakeholders to verify and update information.
2. Design & Branding
- Utilize SayPro’s approved brand materials and design templates provided by the SayPro Brand Material Office.
- Create clean, visually appealing, and professional door sign designs aligned with SayPro’s corporate identity guidelines.
- Ensure that each sign reflects:
- SayPro color schemes
- Logo placement
- Typography standards
- Consistent layout and formatting
- Customize individual signs to match the personal details collected for each employee or office.
3. Review & Approval
- Submit initial drafts to the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team for feedback and branding compliance review.
- Make necessary revisions based on internal reviews before finalizing each design.
- Coordinate approval of final versions with the Brand Material Office and designated supervisors.
4. Output and Delivery
- Prepare final versions of all signs for production (digital and print-ready formats).
- Work closely with the printing or production unit to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Coordinate the organized distribution or installation of signs in the respective offices for January.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teams in the SayPro Monthly initiative, especially those responsible for internal logistics, printing, and HR.
- Report progress regularly to the SCMR-13 team lead and provide updates to the central SayPro Monthly coordinator.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in graphic design and branding (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva proficiency is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with SayPro branding guidelines (training will be provided)
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously
Deliverables:
- Finalized, approved door name sign designs for all applicable employees and offices for January
- Organized database of design files and personal information (stored securely and compliant with privacy policies)
- A completion report summarizing the task execution, challenges, and lessons learned
