1. Finalizing Poster Design for Print:
- Ensure Final Design Approval:

- Conduct a final quality check of the posters to ensure that no errors (e.g., spelling mistakes, resolution issues) exist in the print-ready files.
- Prepare Print-Ready Files:

2. Coordinating with Printing Vendors:
