1. Content Adaptation Across Platforms
Task: Adapt the visual and textual design elements to suit different digital platforms.
Responsible: SayPro Brand Material Office, with support from platform-specific coordinators
Details:
- Web Optimization:
- Ensure infographics and all visual assets are responsive and lightweight for faster loading.
- Include alternative text for accessibility and SEO enhancement.
- Embed optimized images in relevant blog posts or articles on the SayPro website.
- Social Media Optimization:
- Format infographics into platform-specific ratios (e.g., square for Instagram, vertical for Pinterest, landscape for Twitter and LinkedIn).
- Create shortened and engaging captions to accompany each infographic.
- Use platform-specific hashtags and tagging strategies.
- Email Distribution:
- Design mobile-responsive HTML email templates featuring the infographics.
- Include brief explanatory text with a CTA (call-to-action) linking back to the SayPro website or blog.
