The SayPro Human Capital Acceptable Management Policy defines the standard of acceptable behavior, ethical conduct, and responsible use of SayPro resources. It aims to promote professionalism, accountability, and a positive culture among all SayPro Human Capital. - 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀
- To outline acceptable behaviors, practices, and use of resources.
- To promote fairness, respect, and inclusivity across SayPro.
- To prevent misuse of SayPro systems, equipment, or brand.
- To ensure SayPro Human Capital uphold SayPro values and public trust.
- To enforce disciplinary standards and accountability.

This policy applies to:
- All SayPro Human Capital (employees, volunteers, interns, contractors)
- SayPro Royal Directors, Officers, and Executives
- Any individuals using SayPro’s resources or representing SayPro publicly or digitally
- 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 & 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿
4.1 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝘀
- Treat all individuals with dignity and respect.
- Maintain integrity, honesty, and transparency.
- Respect confidentiality and data privacy.
- Avoid conflicts of interest.
4.2 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
- Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or abuse.
- Inclusive language and equitable treatment for all.
- Respect for diverse beliefs, cultures, and identities.
4.3 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗨𝘀𝗲
- Use SayPro equipment (laptops, email, Wi-Fi, etc.) for official purposes only.
- SayPro logos, branding, or intellectual property may not be used for personal gain.
- Protect company information from unauthorized access or sharing.
4.4 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁
- No cyberbullying, hate speech, or offensive content.
- Use SayPro systems (intranet, apps, portals) responsibly.
- Comply with SayPro cybersecurity and password rules (linked to SayProP346).
- 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲
5.1 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺
- Any unacceptable conduct must be reported to Royal Officers or the SayPro HC Department.
- Anonymous reporting is allowed through the SayPro Conduct Form (SayProF003-01).
5.2 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀
- An investigation will be initiated within 48 hours of a valid report.
- SayPro Governance and HC teams will coordinate the review.
- Violators may face warnings, training, suspension, or termination.
- 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
6.1 SayPro CEO
- Approves final outcomes on policy breaches.
- Upholds SayPro ethical culture.
6.2 Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO)
- Monitors conduct standards, investigations, and outcomes.
- Provides training and support.
6.3 Royal Directors and Officers
- Enforce acceptable conduct in their teams.
- Act on any policy violations.
6.4 All SayPro Human Capital
- Must comply with acceptable conduct guidelines.
- Report misconduct immediately and cooperate with investigations.

- This policy is reviewed every 6 months.
- Continuous education and reminders will be provided to reinforce standards.
- Breaches may result in immediate corrective or legal action.

Q1: What’s an example of unacceptable behavior?
A: Harassment, unauthorized data sharing, or misusing SayPro’s name for personal business.
Q2: Can I use SayPro equipment for personal use?
A: No, unless explicitly authorized (e.g., emergency use). Misuse is not permitted.
Q3: How do I report a colleague’s conduct without conflict?
A: Use the anonymous form (SayProF003-01) or report through your Royal Officer or CHCO.
Q4: What if I accidentally violate the policy?
A: Report immediately. SayPro distinguishes between mistakes and misconduct.
Q5: Are these rules the same for remote and in-person teams?
A: Yes. The same standards apply to all SayPro Human Capital regardless of work location.
