SayProP289-1-3 This policy defines the guidelines and procedures for the management, use, and protection of SayPro’s logo to ensure consistent branding, proper usage, and intellectual property compliance.
SayProP289-1-4 As of 1 June 2025 It is compulsory that each SayPro Human Capital uses their emblem or Logo from their Kingdom from now on to ensure alignment for daily posting. This means that every post sent by a SayPro Human Capital must contain the logo from their Royal Refer to SayProP289-1-7. SayProCTR-2 must upload the logo across all websites. No SayPro Human Capital is allowed to upload the logo as it is already uploaded. Request SayProCTR-2 to upload it for you.

- SayProP289-2-1 SayPro Marketing Officer must ensure that all SayPro Human Capital Protect the integrity and reputation of the SayPro brand.
- SayProP289-2-2 SayPro Chief Marketing Officer Ensure that all SayPro Human Capital consistently use the SayPro logo across all SayPro platforms, SayPro Materials, and SayPro media.
- SayProP289-2-3 SayPro Chief Marketing must prevent unauthorized or inappropriate use of the SayPro logo.

4.2 Requesting SayPro Logo Files

- SayPro Human Capital can request the SayPro logo files through the SayPro Brand Awareness team at SayPro Chief Marketing Officer
- Those SayPro Human Capital who are using the SayPro logo on Website must not reupload the Logo as it is already added by SayPro Chief Technology Officer SayProCTR-2
- SayPro Logo External Requests:
- External entities must submit a SayPro Logo Usage Request Form (SayProF289-01) and receive written approval before using the SayPro logo.
4.3 SayPro Logo Monitoring and Compliance
- SayPro Logo Usage Audits:
- Conduct regular audits of SayPro logo usage in materials and platforms.
- Address SayPro Logo non-compliance with corrective measures.
- SayPro Logo Unauthorized Use:
- Report unauthorized logo usage to the SayPro Brand Awareness team.
