This policy establishes guidelines for consistent and effective branding across all SayPro platforms, materials, and communications to ensure brand integrity, visibility, and professionalism.


2. Scope

This policy applies to all SayPro Human Capital including Royal Directors, Officers, Deputy Chiefs, volunteers, interns, and external contractors producing or distributing materials, events, or communications under the SayPro brand.


3. Definitions

  • Branding: The visual and messaging elements that identify SayPro including the logo, fonts, colors, tone, and messaging.
  • SayPro Brand Assets: Official logos, templates, taglines, and design elements.
  • Brand Compliance: Adherence to the approved brand guidelines.
  • Branding Officer: The person or office responsible for approving and monitoring branding use.

SayPro is committed to a unified brand image that reflects its values, professionalism, and global identity. All materials, digital platforms, communications, and merchandise must align with the official SayPro Brand Guidelines.


5. Procedures

5.1 Use of SayPro Logo and Identity

  • The green logo has been banned as of 1 May 2026 ensure that it is completely removed on all SayPro Kraals
  • The SayPro logo must be prominently displayed on all official documents, posts, events, courses, and digital pages.
  • Alteration or distortion of the SayPro logo is strictly prohibited.
  • Logo placement should follow SayPro’s Visual Identity Guide.

5.2 Branding Approvals

  • All materials intended for public distribution must be submitted to the SayPro Brand Awareness Office for review.
  • Unauthorized branding will be subject to removal or disciplinary action.
