1. Purpose
The purpose of the SayPro Human Capital Certification Management Policy (SayProP076) is to establish a structured and transparent framework for the issuance, verification, renewal, and revocation of certifications awarded by SayPro. This policy ensures:
- All SayPro certifications align with accreditation and industry standards.
- Certification processes are consistent, efficient, and well-documented.
- Certification records are securely maintained and verifiable.
- SayPro complies with internal quality assurance and external accreditation standards.
SayPro certifications are applicable across various sectors, including:
- SayPro Arts, Culture, and Heritage Programs
- SayPro Sports and Recreation Initiatives
- SayPro Schools, Camps, and Training Programs
- SayPro Events and Community Engagement Activities
2. Scope
This policy applies to:
- All SayPro-certified training programs, courses, and professional development initiatives.
- Certification recipients including students, professionals, and partners.
- SayPro Human Capital Officers and Certification Officers.
- Accrediting authorities and external certification partners.

3. Certification Issuance and Eligibility
3.1 Certification Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a SayPro certificate, individuals must:
- Complete the relevant training program or course.
- Pass all assessments (exams, practicals, assignments).
- Meet attendance or participation requirements.

- Education and Skills Development
- Arts, Culture, and Heritage
- Sports and Recreation

3.2 Certification Issuance Process
- Course Completion Review – Verified by the SayPro Course Administrator

- Certificate Generation – Includes a unique serial number
- Distribution – Via email, print, or SayPro’s Learning Management System (LMS)
4. Certification Validity, Renewal, and Expiry
4.1 Validity
- Certificates for workshops, attendance, recognition and master classes courses remain valid for a lifetime based on the program.
- Certificates for accreditted courses remain valid for 1 to 5 years based on the program.
- Validity or expiry datils are may be stated on each certificate for accreddited courses.
4.2 Renewal Process
- Reminders are sent 90 days before expiry.
- Refresher training requirements must be met for accreddited courses.
- Renewed certificates are issued within 30 days of approval.
4.3 Expiry and Revocation
- Expired certificates are no longer valid for official purposes.
- SayPro may revoke certifications acquired through fraud or ethical violations.
5. Certification Verification
5.1 How to Verify
- Online via SayPro’s Education LMS or certification verification portal.
- Third parties may request verification from SayPro Human Capital.
5.2 Verification Steps
- Submit verification request via SayPro website or email.
- Provide certificate ID and recipient details.
- Verification takes 3–5 business days.
- A confirmation is sent to the requester.
6. Certification Fraud Prevention and Security
6.1 Security Features
All SayPro certificates include:
- Unique serial number
- QR code for verification
- Digital signature
- Official branding and watermark

- All fraud reports are investigated.
