Definition:

This indicator tracks the percentage of staff who, after completing the training, actively engage with and use the new M&E system within 30 days of completing the training.

Calculation Method:

• Numerator: Number of trained staff who have logged into and used the M&E system (defined as completing at least one task such as entering data, running reports, or updating indicators) within 30 days after training.
• Denominator: Total number of staff who completed the training.
