Position Title: Brand Material Office – SayPro Monthly Printing Coordinator
Department: SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR
Reports To: Head of Marketing / Project Manager
Location: SayPro Brand Material Office / Remote (if applicable)

Job Overview:

The SayPro Brand Material Office is responsible for overseeing the execution of the SayPro Monthly Printing activities for the period, ensuring all print projects are carried out efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with SayPro’s high standards of brand identity. This role is vital in managing the print production process, ensuring compliance with SayPro’s brand guidelines, and ensuring that all materials maintain a polished, professional appearance for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:


1. Brand Compliance:

  • a. Branding Guidelines Adherence:
    • Ensure all printed materials comply with SayPro’s established branding guidelines, ensuring consistency across all materials.
    • Review print designs to ensure correct use of the SayPro logo, color palette, and typography.
    • Provide clear feedback to designers and vendors regarding any discrepancies or issues with the application of the branding guidelines.
  • b. Quality Control of Design Assets:
    • Ensure that all design assets used in printed materials are high-quality, on-brand, and professionally prepared.
    • Verify that the approved logo is used in the correct formats, ensuring it is clear and not distorted in any way.
  • c. Typography and Color Consistency:
    • Ensure consistency in typography across all print materials, including the correct use of approved fonts and their hierarchy (headers, subheadings, and body text).
    • Monitor the accurate use of the SayPro color palette to maintain visual coherence, including the correct application of primary and secondary colors for each piece.
  • d. Final Proof Review:
    • Conduct a final review of all print materials before production, ensuring full compliance with branding standards.
