Overview:
The SayPro Brand Material Office is responsible for overseeing the execution of the SayPro Monthly Printing activities, ensuring that all print projects are executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with SayPro’s high standards. This includes managing the design, production, and delivery of printed materials, as well as ensuring alignment with SayPro’s brand identity and business goals. The goal is to ensure that all printed materials, whether for internal or external use, support SayPro’s core messaging and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Print Collateral Development
- Objective: Ensure that all print materials effectively communicate SayPro’s key messages and align with its business objectives, whether they are intended for internal use (e.g., employee handbooks, internal newsletters) or external distribution (e.g., marketing brochures, promotional flyers).
- Key Tasks:
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and communications teams to gather information and understand the objectives of each print collateral. This includes reviewing campaign goals, target audience, and messaging to ensure that the printed materials are tailored to meet specific needs.
