Program Overview:
The SayPro Monthly Printing Program is a dedicated initiative under SayPro’s Marketing Royalty division aimed at producing and distributing high-quality printed materials that align with the brand’s values, messaging, and aesthetic standards. Participants will play a key role in the management and execution of monthly printing projects, ensuring every piece represents the brand with excellence and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Printing Material Management
- Oversee the production of all printed materials ensuring they strictly adhere to SayPro’s official brand guidelines.
- Select suitable paper types for each project — including but not limited to:
- Matte
- Glossy
- Heavy cardstock
- Textured or specialty papers
- Choose appropriate printing techniques based on the nature, volume, and quality standards of the project, such as:
- Digital printing
- Offset printing
- Large format printing (if applicable)
- Special finishes (e.g., embossing, foil stamping, spot UV)
2. Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough quality checks at each stage of the printing process to ensure:
- Color accuracy and vibrancy
- Sharpness of text and images
- Alignment and trimming precision
- Consistency with approved design proofs and templates
- Guarantee a premium, high-quality feel in all SayPro printed materials, reflecting the organization’s commitment to excellence.
3. Production Coordination
- Liaise with SayPro Brand Material Office, Marketing Royalty team, and external print vendors to:
- Confirm project specifications and requirements
- Track production timelines and deadlines
- Resolve any technical or quality-related issues promptly
- Ensure timely delivery and distribution of materials for monthly campaigns, events, or programs.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain clear and accurate records of:
- Paper and material selections
- Printing methods used
- Quantities produced
- Costs and vendor details
- Submit detailed monthly reports to the SayPro Brand Material Office, highlighting completed work, challenges encountered, and suggestions for process improvements.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and finishes
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control standards
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with brand management and corporate identity guidelines
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and print layout software (preferred but not mandatory)
