Position: SayPro Monthly Personalization Participant

Overview
Employees and participants involved in the SayPro Monthly Personalization process will be responsible for implementing and executing the personalization workflow by incorporating SayPro’s brand elements into designated communications. These elements include SayPro’s logo, company addresses, and return addresses in both digital and print formats.
Key Responsibilities
1. Template Customization
- Ensure the correct placement of SayPro’s logo, company addresses, and return addresses in designated templates.
- Maintain the consistency and accuracy of branding elements across all communication materials.
- Verify that all materials align with SayPro’s branding guidelines and marketing standards.
2. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Review each template for accuracy and compliance with SayPro’s brand identity.
- Conduct final checks to ensure no errors before submission for printing or digital distribution.
- Adhere to the guidelines provided by SayPro Brand Material Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
3. Digital & Print Personalization
- Customize both digital and print communications as per the monthly requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the SayPro Marketing team to ensure all materials meet the required standards.
- Ensure all communications are prepared and finalized for timely distribution.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of all personalized materials for reference and auditing.
- Submit completed templates and documents to the SayPro Brand Material Office as per the project deadlines.
- Report any issues, inconsistencies, or challenges faced during the personalization process.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of branding, template editing, and customization.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in personalization.
- Familiarity with digital and print communication formats.
- Ability to follow branding guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple templates and documents.
- Proficiency in design software (preferred but not mandatory).
Performance Indicators
- Accuracy and consistency in placing brand elements.
- Compliance with SayPro branding and marketing guidelines.
- Timely submission of personalized materials.
- Effective coordination with SayPro Marketing and Brand Material Office.
Outcome
Participants will ensure that all communications for the SayPro Monthly Personalization process reflect the correct SayPro brand identity and professional appearance. The goal is to maintain branding uniformity across all company communications from January SCMR-13 and beyond.
Note: This role requires strict adherence to SayPro’s branding standards and confidentiality regarding company materials. Any deviation from the standard process must be reported immediately to the SayPro Brand Material Office.
