Job Overview:
Participants involved in SayPro Monthly Personalization will be responsible for the implementation of the personalization process by incorporating SayPro’s logo, company addresses, and return addresses into designated communications, both digital and print. The role requires high attention to detail, adherence to branding guidelines, and ensuring accuracy in all materials.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Personalization Implementation
- Accurately insert SayPro’s company logo, addresses, and return addresses into digital and print communications.
- Ensure proper formatting, positioning, and visibility of branding elements.
- Work in accordance with SayPro’s Monthly Personalization Guidelines.
2. Proofreading and Quality Control
- Double-check all materials for accuracy in branding, spelling, and formatting before final submission.
- Verify that logos and address information are correctly placed and aligned as per SayPro Monthly Personalization standards.
- Cross-check personalized content with SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 SayPro Monthly Personalization requirements.
3. Coordination and Communication
- Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office team to ensure consistent branding.
- Report any inconsistencies or required adjustments to the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team.
- Provide feedback on any potential improvements to the personalization process.
4. Compliance and Standards
