Objective:

To ensure all personalized materials from the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 are properly reviewed, formatted, and finalized before distribution. This includes proofreading for accuracy, verifying brand consistency, and ensuring proper personalization elements such as logos, addresses, and return addresses.


Key Tasks & Activities:

1. Proofreading & Quality Check

  • Conduct a thorough proofreading of all SayPro Monthly materials to check for:
    • Spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors
    • Formatting inconsistencies (font sizes, alignments, spacing)
    • Correct company-specific details (names, contact details, reference numbers)

  • Ensure all personalized elements are included as per SayPro Monthly Personalization standards, including:

    • Personalized Client Details: Verify names, reference numbers, and other custom fields
