Job Purpose:

To ensure timely preparation, safe handling, and professional installation of all SayPro brand materials, including signage, promotional displays, and marketing installations, as part of the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 campaign. The role focuses on maintaining the SayPro brand standards through accurate preparation, transport, and execution of material setups across designated locations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Material Preparation

  • Inventory Check: Review installation lists for the SCMR-13 Monthly project and ensure all required materials are available.
  • Quality Inspection: Inspect materials (signage, displays, promotional items) for quality, damage, or misprints before dispatch.
  • Packaging: Properly package all materials using protective wrappings and labeled boxes to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Documentation: Label and document each package clearly, indicating the destination site, type of material, and installation order.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the Logistics and Warehousing team to schedule timely pickups and deliveries.

2. Installation Execution

  • Site Preparation: Conduct a pre-installation check at each location to ensure surfaces and environments are suitable for mounting.
  • Professional Installation: Securely install signage, marketing displays, and promotional materials following the SayPro Brand Installation Standards (provided by SayPro Brand Material Office).
  • Accuracy & Aesthetics: Ensure materials are aligned, level, and installed at the correct heights and angles to maintain brand consistency and visual appeal.
  • Troubleshooting: Address on-site challenges (uneven walls, incorrect measurements, etc.) with quick, brand-compliant solutions.
  • Cleanup: Ensure installation sites are clean and free of debris post-installation.

3. Communication & Reporting

  • Daily Updates: Provide status updates to the SCMR-13 Project Coordinator regarding installation progress and material conditions.
  • Issue Escalation: Report any material shortages, damages, or site issues promptly.
  • Completion Reports: Submit photo documentation and sign-off forms for each completed installation site.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in signage or promotional material installation preferred
  • Good understanding of packaging and handling procedures for fragile items
  • Ability to read layout drawings or site plans
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics
  • Basic carpentry or mounting tool knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Tools & Equipment Used:

  • Packaging materials (bubble wrap, cartons, labels)
  • Mounting tools (drill, measuring tape, level, adhesives)
  • Company-provided installation manual and checklists

Performance Indicators:

  • Timely and complete preparation of all assigned materials
  • Zero or minimal material damage during transit
  • High accuracy and visual quality of installations
  • Positive feedback from clients and internal supervisors
  • Adherence to SayPro’s Brand Guidelines and SCMR-13 timelines
