Job Overview:

The SayPro Monthly Pop-up Sign Design Branding team is responsible for designing, prototyping, and testing portable pop-up signs for SayPro events. This role ensures the creation of high-quality, visually appealing, and brand-consistent signage that enhances SayPro’s event presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prototyping & Testing

• Collaborate with the production team to develop prototypes or digital mockups of the pop-up signs before full-scale production.
• Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure durability, portability, and brand alignment.
• Evaluate various materials, colors, and printing techniques for the best output.

2. Design & Branding

• Design portable pop-up signs that align with SayPro’s branding guidelines and event themes.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, color schemes, typography, and imagery.
• Adapt designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders and market trends.

3. Production Coordination

• Work with the SayPro Brand Material Office to manage design approvals and production scheduling.
• Collaborate with print vendors and manufacturers to ensure the production of high-quality signs.
• Maintain documentation of production specifications, revisions, and supplier communications.

4. Event Implementation & Evaluation

• Support the setup and installation of pop-up signs at SayPro events.
• Gather feedback from event teams and attendees to improve future designs.
• Document event branding effectiveness through photography and reporting.

5. Innovation & Trend Analysis

• Research and implement the latest trends in signage design, materials, and branding techniques.
• Explore eco-friendly and sustainable materials for pop-up signs.
• Stay updated with technological advancements in digital and interactive signage solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience in branding, print production, and signage design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
