The project requires the development of detailed lighting designs and the coordination of both indoor and outdoor lighting installations to enhance the aesthetic and functional appeal of client spaces. The project will run on a monthly basis, with specific deliverables in January under SCMR-13.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client and Stakeholder Communication:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact between SayPro and its clients or stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
   • Maintain open and clear communication to understand the client’s lighting requirements, project expectations, and budget considerations.
   • Provide regular updates, manage timelines, and ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
   • Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
   • Offer expert recommendations on the selection of lighting styles, materials, and technologies to meet the aesthetic and functional needs of the environment.
2. Design and Specification Development:
   • Design branded indoor and outdoor lighting solutions tailored to the client’s specific environment and brand identity.
   • Create detailed technical specifications, designs, and layout drawings for both indoor and outdoor lighting systems.
   • Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to ensure that all lighting designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
   • Develop 3D models and renderings, where necessary, to visualize lighting setups and communicate design ideas to clients.
   • Recommend suitable lighting fixtures, technologies (e.g., LED, smart lighting), and energy-efficient solutions.
3. Project Documentation and Technical Support:
   • Provide all necessary documentation, including installation guides, product specifications, and maintenance instructions.
   • Prepare electrical and technical drawings to support the installation process.
   • Collaborate with contractors and installation teams to ensure the seamless implementation of the lighting design.
   • Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during installation and provide ongoing support to ensure the lighting systems operate correctly.
4. Implementation and Quality Assurance:
   • Oversee the installation process of both indoor and outdoor lighting solutions, ensuring compliance with design specifications.

   • Address any client requests for adjustments or upgrades to the lighting systems as part of the ongoing service under SayPro’s Royalty SCMR program.
7. Monthly Reporting:
   • Track progress on monthly milestones and deliverables associated with the January SCMR-13 project.
   • Prepare detailed reports for internal teams and clients, outlining the status of the project, challenges faced, and resolutions.
   • Contribute to post-project evaluations to assess the success of the lighting designs and identify areas for improvement in future projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lighting design, both indoor and outdoor, with a strong understanding of lighting technology and trends.
