Key Responsibilities:
1. Logo Creation & Design:
- Design New Logos: Develop a fresh, distinctive logo for SayPro’s branding campaign for the month of January (SCMR-13). The logo should reflect SayPro’s brand identity, ensuring it is adaptable, modern, and unique.
- Brand Representation: Ensure that all logos are designed in a way that represents SayPro’s mission, vision, and values clearly and consistently. This includes incorporating the brand’s color palette, typography, and graphic style.
2. Brand Guidelines Adherence:
- Ensure Brand Consistency: Adhere strictly to SayPro’s established brand guidelines during the design process to ensure consistency across all marketing channels. All logos must align with the overall visual identity of SayPro.
- Update Guidelines as Needed: If necessary, refine or propose minor updates to the brand guidelines based on design needs or feedback received.
3. Provide Templates for Internal Teams:
- Create Templates: Develop editable logo templates to be used by other internal teams. These templates should be flexible enough to allow the logo to be applied in various contexts (e.g., digital, print, signage).
- Share with Teams: Distribute the finalized logo files and templates with other internal teams, ensuring they have easy access to the assets needed for their marketing and design needs.
- Asset Management: Ensure all logo files are stored in a well-organized system, making it easy for teams to find and use the latest logo versions.
4. Collaboration with Marketing Team:
- Work with Marketing Department: Collaborate closely with the SayPro marketing team to ensure that the logo design fits seamlessly into broader marketing initiatives.
- Incorporate Feedback: Make revisions based on feedback from stakeholders within the marketing team and other departments.
5. Final Delivery and Quality Control:
- Ensure High-Quality Output: Guarantee that all logos are created to the highest professional standards, ensuring they are scalable, high-resolution, and usable across all media (print, web, social media).
- Final Review: Perform a thorough quality check before submitting the final designs to confirm that all specifications are met and that the designs are free of errors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in logo design, branding, or graphic design (preferably in a corporate setting).
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
- Creativity: Ability to generate unique and innovative design concepts that align with brand values.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on design consistency and attention to detail to ensure all logo elements meet SayPro’s standards.
- Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders to understand and meet design needs.
- Time Management: Ability to work efficiently within deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.

Preferred Qualifications:
