SayPro Training Plan: Reporting Formats for Marketing M&E

🧭 Objective

Equip at least 30 SayPro staff members with the skills to effectively use the new marketing performance reporting formats by end of May 2025.


1. Training Preparation (Week 1–2 of May)

Materials to Prepare:

  • Slide deck: “SayPro Standard Reporting Formats Overview”
  • Template walkthrough guide (Word/PDF)
  • Practice data set (for hands-on session)
  • Sample completed report (for reference)

Logistics:

  • Identify 3 sessions of 10–15 people to ensure interactivity
  • Choose platforms: Zoom, MS Teams, or in-person hubs if regional
  • Create attendance sheet or registration form (e.g., Google Form)
