SayPro Training Plan: Reporting Formats for Marketing M&E
🧭 Objective
Equip at least 30 SayPro staff members with the skills to effectively use the new marketing performance reporting formats by end of May 2025.
✅ 1. Training Preparation (Week 1–2 of May)
Materials to Prepare:
- Slide deck: “SayPro Standard Reporting Formats Overview”
- Template walkthrough guide (Word/PDF)
- Practice data set (for hands-on session)
- Sample completed report (for reference)
Logistics:
- Identify 3 sessions of 10–15 people to ensure interactivity
- Choose platforms: Zoom, MS Teams, or in-person hubs if regional
- Create attendance sheet or registration form (e.g., Google Form)

Part 4: Q&A + Evaluation (30 min)
- Open questions from participants
- Live feedback on practice reports
- Distribute post-training evaluation link
📋 4. Monitoring & Follow-Up
- Record attendance and completion for all sessions
- Issue digital certificates (optional)
- Provide email support for 2 weeks post-training
- Include participants in SayPro M&E Reporters Network for continuous peer learning
📈 Success KPI:

✔ 90% rate training as useful
