Position Overview:

Participants in the SayPro Monthly Printing Program will play a key role in the management, production, and distribution of high-quality printed materials for SayPro. This role involves ensuring that every printed item produced aligns with the brand’s visual identity, messaging standards, and commitment to premium quality. Participants will handle every stage of the printing process — from material selection to final distribution — upholding SayPro’s professional and aesthetic benchmarks.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Management:

  • Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to review printing requirements for the month.
  • Plan and schedule production runs to meet deadlines for marketing campaigns, events, and SayPro publications.
  • Select appropriate paper types, finishes, and printing techniques that reflect the premium standard of SayPro materials.

2. Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee the quality control process for all printed materials.
  • Review and approve digital and physical proofs prior to final production.
  • Inspect the quality of paper, ink, and printing finish to ensure a premium look and feel.
  • Verify accurate color reproduction and consistency across batches of printed items.
  • Ensure all print materials strictly follow SayPro’s branding guidelines, including fonts, colors, logos, and layout specifications.
  • Identify and address any inconsistencies or defects in the print process.

3. Distribution and Logistics:

  • Organize the packaging, labeling, and delivery of completed materials to the relevant departments, clients, or events.
  • Maintain accurate records of printed inventory, orders, and distribution logs.
  • Coordinate with courier services or internal teams to manage timely delivery.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing the quantity, type, and quality of printed materials produced and distributed.
  • Report any production challenges, supplier issues, or quality concerns to the SayPro Brand Material Office.
  • Keep updated records of suppliers, printing services, and material specifications.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for color accuracy and print quality.
  • Basic knowledge of printing processes, paper types, and finishing techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency in visual presentation.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and distribution services.
  • Reliable, proactive, and quality-focused mindset.
