Job Summary:
The SayPro Monthly Furniture Poster Design Branding Specialist is responsible for designing and refining visually compelling posters that showcase SayPro’s branded furniture products. This role includes ensuring that the designs align with SayPro’s brand guidelines and marketing goals. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions to improve the designs. The key aim is to create posters that effectively attract potential customers and reinforce the SayPro brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Poster Design and Visual Composition
Objective:
Create posters that present SayPro’s branded furniture in the most visually appealing and engaging manner. Ensure the designs align with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.
- Visual Composition:
- Choose high-quality images of furniture products and place them in a clean, balanced layout.
- Select appropriate backgrounds that complement the furniture without overshadowing it.
- Maintain a focus on visual clarity, using space effectively to enhance the design’s impact.
- Brand Alignment:
- Ensure that all elements of the design—colors, fonts, logos—are consistent with SayPro’s official brand guidelines.
- Integrate the SayPro logo, brand colors, and typography in a way that enhances the poster’s visual identity.
2. Feedback and Revisions
Objective:
Refine and revise poster designs based on feedback to meet SayPro’s high standards for branding, messaging, and visual appeal.
- Gathering Feedback:
- Present initial designs to internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, product teams) for review.
- Actively participate in feedback sessions, gathering input on the design’s effectiveness, visual appeal, and messaging.
- Implementing Revisions:
- Analyze and prioritize the feedback provided by stakeholders and revise the design accordingly.
- Make adjustments to aspects like color schemes, typography, layout, and imagery to improve alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Refine design elements to ensure the poster meets the campaign’s goals, such as driving awareness, increasing sales, or promoting specific products.
- Iteration Process:
- Review revisions at each stage to ensure that each change improves the design without sacrificing the overall aesthetic and effectiveness.
- Maintain flexibility and creativity in making changes while adhering to SayPro’s visual identity.
3. Quality Assurance and Consistency

Ensure that the final designs maintain high-quality standards and are fully aligned with SayPro’s brand guidelines before distribution.
- Quality Control:
- Review the final design for any inconsistencies or errors, including issues with image resolution, color accuracy, and typography alignment.
- Ensure all design components are properly aligned and visually balanced.
- Consistency Check:
- Double-check that all visual elements in the design (including logos, color schemes, and font styles) are consistent with SayPro’s official brand guidelines.
- Ensure all marketing copy and text are aligned with SayPro’s brand tone and messaging strategy.
4. Finalizing and Preparing for Distribution
Objective:
Prepare the final poster designs for distribution across various marketing channels, ensuring they are suitable for both digital and print formats.
- Design Finalization:
- After revisions, finalize the designs and prepare them for both digital and print use, ensuring they are ready for distribution to external platforms, print production, and digital marketing channels.
- Ensure the correct file formats and resolutions are used for different distribution channels (e.g., high-resolution files for print, optimized files for web and social media).
- Preparation for Multi-Platform Use:
- Adapt the design for different formats, including social media sizes, flyers, and website banners.
- Make sure the designs work well across various platforms, ensuring readability and visual appeal in each case.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on poster design, advertising, or product-focused marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand identity and how to maintain consistency in design across various platforms.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
- Ability to create visually appealing layouts with a keen eye for typography, color balance, and image composition.
