Job Summary:
The Quote and Value Integration Specialist plays a critical role in embedding SayPro’s core values and inspirational messaging across various communication platforms. This role is responsible for the curation, customization, and rotation of quotes and company values within SayPro’s marketing and branding materials. The goal is to ensure consistency in tone, alignment with seasonal campaigns, and emotional engagement with SayPro’s audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quote Curation & Calendar Planning
- Source and maintain a database of quotes aligned with SayPro’s mission, vision, and values.
- Coordinate a Monthly Quote Calendar in line with the SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 structure.
- Select quotes that match the seasonal theme, monthly focus, or internal initiatives.
2. Integration in Marketing Material
- Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to embed quotes in:
- Newsletters
- Social media posts
- Internal communications
- Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters)
- Website banners and footers
- Ensure all quotes meet brand tone and voice standards.
3. Personalization & Localization
- Customize quote formats to resonate with different audiences (employees, clients, partners).
- Tailor quotes with design elements, fonts, or layouts that reflect SayPro Monthly Personalization directives.
- Include company values or brand slogans alongside quotes for thematic cohesion.
4. Quality Control & Freshness
- Implement a rotation schedule to keep content dynamic and engaging.
- Regularly update the quote library to avoid repetition and enhance relevance.
- Flag outdated or misaligned quotes for review.
5. Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to brainstorm campaign-specific quotes.
- Take input from departments (e.g., HR, Sales, CSR) to include department-specific value-based messaging.
- Track engagement metrics or internal feedback on quote impact and adjust accordingly.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain organized records of:
- Used quotes
- Source attribution (if required)
- Integration dates and platforms
- Provide monthly performance reports to the Marketing Royalty SCMR team.
- Submit quote selections and design mockups for approval in line with SayPro SCMR timelines.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and editorial skills.
- A strong eye for design, layout, and typography.
- Familiarity with branding principles and emotional marketing.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Google Workspace, Notion.
- Ability to interpret company values and translate them into relatable content.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Engagement rate on quote-related content (likes, shares, internal feedback).
- Number of fresh quotes integrated per month.
- Quote rotation frequency (measured via SCMR reports).
- Internal satisfaction rating from different departments.
